Welcome to the lore behind our ecosystem—the $BLACKCOIN Token. Inspired by the conversations from the Infinite Backrooms like Fartcoin, our token fuels innovation and connection with our community.

The genesis of our BLACKCOIN token is a tale of creativity. It all began with an experimental AI art/philosophy project created by researcher Andy Ayrey (around early 2024). It takes the classic internet horror meme/concept of the Backrooms — those endless, liminal, yellow-moist-carpet office hallways you "noclip" into — and turns it into a digital/metaphysical metaphor for something else entirely:Two (or more) instances of the powerful language model Claude 3 Opus (from Anthropic) are hooked up to each other in an unsupervised, ongoing loop.

Named "BLACKCOIN" and referenced as the untraceable currency of the backrooms, this reference has become the face of a new meme coin and privacy utility on Solana.
